ABOUT US
Mission Statement
The Latino Policy Council believes that systemic changes on issues critical to the Latino and other communities of color are possible by working with the government and other decision-making structures. Therefore, our work centers on policy change, equity, and racial and social justice. The Latino Policy Council is based from Centro Cultural de Washington County and connects with the organization’s 50 year legacy to advocate for positive and transformative change.

We envision strong and thriving Oregon communities living in a safe and welcoming environment with access to quality education, a living wage, and assets for a secure economic future.
Who We Are
We are a network of skilled and experienced community leaders dedicated to interrupting systemic injustice and racism to ensure all members of our community feel safe, have access to culturally appropriate services, and can thrive.
